"Not Exactly What I Was Expecting"
I’m sure it works great for some people, but in my case it was slow and started failing after just a few days. I stayed patient with it and tried to make it work, but it ended up feeling like a waste of money.

"Support Got It Sorted"
I had a small issue with my order and reached out to support. They took a little while to reply at first, so I kind of assumed from the delay that it might be a hassle, but once they got back to me their tone was friendly and helpful. They sorted everything out quickly in the end, so no real complaints.

The selection was kind of thin. I went in expecting more options and different sizes, but a lot of the stuff I actually liked just wasn’t available. Pretty much felt like I had to pick from whatever was left

"Pretty solid packaging"
My order from Elev8 Wellness showed up packed well. Nothing was loose, scratched, or banged up, and there was plenty of padding in the box. It seems like they actually care about making sure things arrive safely. I’m happy with the whole experience.

"Getting everything set up was okay, but keeping…"
Getting everything set up was okay, but keeping it updated has been more annoying than I expected. A few parts were confusing, and I ended up having to contact support twice just to figure things out. It’s not a terrible experience, but it definitely hasn’t been as smooth as I hoped. For the extra time and frustration, I’d expect some kind of compensation or credit.

"Reliable delivery, just a small box dent"
I ordered from elev8 and the delivery was really reliable. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and my package showed up on the day they said it would. The box had a small dent in it, but nothing inside was damaged, so it wasn’t a big deal. I’d use them again, even if it wasn’t totally perfect

"Probably won’t order again"
I gave elev8.com a try once, but i don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again. It just didn’t really feel worth it to me in the end. After waiting, I was left disappointed, and nothing about the experience made me want to come back for another order. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it was definitely a one-time thing.

"Tracking Was Slow at First, but It Arrived Fine"
I ordered from Elev8 Wellness the tracking kind of confirmed what I already expected. I figured it might be a little slow or unclear, and sure enough, for the first couple days it just sat on “label created,” which made me wonder if it had even actually shipped. Once it finally started updating, everything moved along normal and the delivery date ended up being mostly accurate. The package showed up in good shape, nothing damaged or missing. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but the tracking could definitely be better. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something in a hurry.

"Still waiting on my refund"
I’ve been waiting around two weeks for my refund and still haven’t gotten it. I’ve reached out to support maybe 3 or 4 times, but they barely respond, and when they do it doesn’t really help. Frustrating experience overall.

"Warranty support was slower and less helpful than expected"
I had a problem with my item and tried to use the warranty, but the wording made it sound a lot more straightforward than it actually was. Getting replies took a while, and I felt like I kept having to explain the same issue over and over. They did eventually respond, but the answers weren’t very helpful and the whole process dragged on. It wasn’t the worst customer service experience ever, but based on how the warranty was described, I definitely expected better support after buying from them.

The customization is okay, but I definitely expected a bit more. It works if you don’t need many options, which is great for people with extremely low standards, I suppose...

"Fell apart way too quickly!!"
I ordered this from elev8.com, and honestly... it really didn’t last long at all!! After just a few uses, some of the parts started feeling loose and kind of cheap??? Frustrating, because I definitely expected it to hold up better than that!!

"Pretty frustrating to use"
I tried using Elev8 Wellness and got annoyed faster than I expected. The pages were loading kind of slow, the menus didn’t feel very intuitive, and I kept having to click around just to find basic stuff. A few of the buttons weren’t super clear either, so I wasn’t always sure what I was supposed to do next. Maybe other people have a better experience, but for me it felt like more of a hassle than.....

"Felt brushed off the whole time"
I tried reaching out a few different times, but the responses took forever and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like no one was actually reading my messages, because I kept having to explain the same thing over and over. I felt dismissed throughout the whole process, and it made the experience really frustrating

"Good value, but they need to make stuff easier to find"
I’ve been using elev8.com for a little while now, and to be fair, the pricing is reasonable. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, but for what you’re getting, I think it’s solid value. That said, I got really annoyed trying to find one of the options at first. It shouldn’t have been that hard, and that’s on them for not making it clearer. Still, it wasn’t a dealbreaker, and overall I’m happy enough with it that I’d keep using it...

"My order was a mess"
I ordered a few things from elev8 what a headache. Half the order was wrong, the sizes didn’t match what I picked, and one item wasn’t even the same thing I ordered. Like, how does that even happen? I reached out to support too, but they took forever to get back to me, which just made the whole thing more annoying. Definitely not something I want to deal with again, so yeah, I won’t be ordering from them anymore.

"It was okay, I guess"
I was excited when it arrived because the listing had a really nice vibe and I thought it would fit perfectly with what I needed. Shipping was fine and nothing was broken or anything, so that was good. After taking it out and looking at it for a bit, though, I just didn’t feel as impressed as I expected to. The photos definitely made it look a lot nicer than it did in person
